Description:
The scope of work consists of the construction of a new service building for Malcolm X College at 1900 W. Van Buren, Chicago, IL. 60612. The building is comprised of one story service and equipment storage garage with an associated two story office section. Landscaping for the site is included in the scope of work as well as minor modifications to the adjacent parking lot. Site also includes new ornamental metal fence sections and a trash enclosure.
